First Visit

After reivew of your Personal History Form, you will receive consultation, at which time it will be explained to you what we do, what we don't do, what to expect, and what you should not expect if you choose chiropractic care in this office.

A chiropractic evaluation focuses on the nerve system and the spine which protects it. The spine protects the Brain Stem, the Spinal Cord, and the Spinal Nerve Roots. Normal transmission of nerve impulses is vital to the function of your entire body. All of these structures work together and are intimately related. So, your evaluation is focused on your nerve system and its protective spinal structures, regardless of what symptoms you do or do not have at any given time. (State of the Art Nerve Scan and Digital X-Rays are utilized in most cases).

Brief Paperwork

Upon entering the office, we have some short forms for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns & acquaint you with our office procedures.

History and Examination

In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition. Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

X-ray Studies

Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective care plan for you.
